These terms govern your use of Tagga.ai, a metadata workspace for music producers. By creating an account or buying credits, you agree to them.
The service
Tagga.ai analyzes instrumentals you upload and generates marketing metadata for them: suggested titles, a commercial genre, moods, type-beat tags, a description, and optional cover art. Results appear in your workspace and are saved to your account history as text.
Credits and payments
Tagga.ai is credit-based. A beat analysis costs 1 credit and a cover art generation costs 3 credits. There is no subscription and credits do not expire. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. If an analysis fails, you are not charged for it.
Your music stays yours
You keep every right to the audio you upload and the music it contains. We claim no ownership over your beats or the metadata generated for them. You confirm you hold the rights to any audio you submit.
AI-generated suggestions
Metadata is generated by AI from measured audio characteristics. Artist-style tags such as type-beat names are marketing recommendations, not claims of affiliation with or endorsement by any artist. Review suggestions before publishing them.
Fair use
Do not use Tagga.ai for anything unlawful, attempt to disrupt the service, or upload content you have no right to use. Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended.
Your account
Sign-in is handled by Clerk. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can stop using the service at any time, and you can permanently delete your account from settings — this removes your data and any remaining credits, which are not refunded.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Meaningful changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
